These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GPTs Help and its services (“Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Operator & payments: GPTs Help is operated by Techsoftnexa Ltd. Customer payments are securely processed by Skilgrowth Consult via Paystack.

1) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• The Services are not for children under 13.

2) Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful, educational purposes.
• Do not upload illegal content, malware, or violate others’ rights.
• Academic Integrity: You must not use GPTs Help for cheating, exam malpractice, or any activity that violates school, exam board, or institutional rules. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs and for any consequences of misuse.

3) Content & Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of inputs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content to operate the Services.
• Service content: We (or our licensors) own the Services, site design, software, and generated outputs subject to applicable law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use outputs for lawful purposes.

4) Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• Paid plans are billed by Paystack (merchant of record: Skilgrowth Consult). Taxes may apply.
• Plans auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted for the billing period.
• Charges are displayed in GHS; your bank may handle currency conversion where applicable.

5) Disclaimers

• The Services and AI-generated outputs may contain errors. Use judgment and verify important results.
• We provide the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTs Help and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the Services. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue will be the competent courts in Ghana.
